Cookie Policy

1. Overview
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and local storage mechanisms My Crazy CRM uses and why. The platform itself uses only essential cookies and local storage. On the /demo booking page, the Calendly scheduling widget is loaded only after you accept the cookie consent banner; Calendly may set its own third-party cookies (see section 4). No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are set by this platform directly.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. Local storage is a similar browser mechanism for persisting data. Both are used to remember information between page loads or browser sessions.
3. Cookies and Storage We Use
This platform uses the following essential items only:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-auth-token | Cookie | Supabase authentication session | Session or configured timeout |
| cookie_consent | LocalStorage | Records your cookie consent choice (accepted / declined) | Persistent (browser clear removes it) |
| theme | LocalStorage | Remembers your light/dark mode preference | Persistent (browser clear removes it) |
| Calendly cookies (third-party) | Cookie | Set by Calendly on /demo only — loaded after cookie consent. Calendly may use analytics and tracking cookies. See calendly.com/privacy for details. | Varies — controlled by Calendly |
4. Third-Party Cookies
This platform does not set tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies directly. The one exception is the Calendly scheduling widget on the /demo page, which is a third-party service. Calendly is loaded only after you explicitly accept cookies via the consent banner. If you decline, Calendly does not load and no Calendly cookies are set.
We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking of any kind on this platform.
5. Session Timeout
Authentication session cookies expire when your browser closes or after the session timeout period configured by the platform administrator. The default session timeout is 30 minutes of inactivity and may be adjusted by your account settings or by the superadmin.
6. How to Clear Cookies
You can clear all cookies and local storage associated with this platform by clearing your browser's site data. Doing so will log you out and reset your preferences. Refer to your browser's settings for instructions.
