Terms of Service

1. Platform Overview

My Crazy CRM is a private, internal platform operated by My Crazy Agency LLC, located at 502 West 7th Street, STE 100, Erie, PA 16502. The platform is accessible at crm.mycrazyagency.com and is restricted exclusively to authorized My Crazy Agency LLC team members and 1099 independent contractors.

This is not a public SaaS product. Access is granted solely by invitation. Harry Price (owner) creates and manages all accounts. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

2. Access and Eligibility

Access to this platform is granted by invitation only. By accessing or using this platform, you represent that you are an authorized My Crazy Agency LLC team member or contracted 1099 independent contractor who has received an account from Harry Price.

My Crazy Agency LLC reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

3. Confidentiality

All information accessible through this platform — including but not limited to prospect data, client data, internal processes, SOPs, performance data, and communications — is strictly confidential. Users agree not to disclose, share, copy, export, or distribute any platform data or content to any unauthorized party.

Violation of confidentiality obligations may result in immediate access termination and potential legal action.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use this platform solely for authorized My Crazy Agency LLC business purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Unauthorized sharing, exporting, or reproduction of any platform data
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code
  • Unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems beyond your permitted role
  • Use of the platform for any purpose outside your authorized contractor relationship
  • Attempting to circumvent access controls, audit logging, or security measures

5. Data Ownership

All prospect, client, and business data entered into or generated by this platform is the exclusive property of My Crazy Agency LLC. Users do not acquire any ownership rights to platform data by virtue of entering or accessing it. Data may not be removed from the platform without explicit written authorization from Harry Price.

6. Intellectual Property

My Crazy Agency LLC retains all intellectual property rights to this platform, including its design, code, features, SOPs, workflows, and processes. Nothing in these terms grants users any license to intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the platform for authorized business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Crazy Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

My Crazy Agency LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amounts paid to you by My Crazy Agency LLC in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Erie County, Pennsylvania.

10. Artificial Intelligence Features (Oliver)

This platform includes an AI assistant called Oliver, powered by Anthropic's Claude API. By using Oliver, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • When you interact with Oliver, your questions and relevant CRM context — including prospect names, pipeline data, and activity summaries — may be transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing.
  • Anthropic's data retention and privacy policies govern any data transmitted to their API. See anthropic.com/privacy for details.
  • AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You must independently verify any AI output before acting on it.
  • My Crazy Agency LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated response.
  • AI features may be modified, restricted, updated, or removed at any time without notice.
  • By using Oliver, you consent to the transmission of CRM context data to Anthropic for the purpose of generating responses.

11. Data Upon Termination

Upon termination of your access to this platform, the following applies:

  • My Crazy Agency LLC retains all data you entered into the CRM, including prospect records, client records, notes, activity logs, and messages. This data is MCA's property.
  • You will not be provided copies of platform data upon termination. Your access credentials will be revoked and your account deactivated.
  • Activity logs and audit trail records associated with your account may be retained indefinitely for compliance and business continuity purposes.
  • If you require copies of specific data you entered, you must submit a written request to Harry Price at harry@mycrazyagency.com before your access is terminated. Requests submitted after termination will be evaluated at MCA's sole discretion.

12. Changes to These Terms

My Crazy Agency LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via one or more of the following methods:

  • A notification in the CRM via the notification bell
  • An update to this page with a revised "Last updated" date
  • Direct communication from Harry Price to the email address on your account

Continued use of the CRM after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.
